Since we are into providing medical services, there is no concept of Return. Consequently there is no Refund also. In case of cancellation of services, we shall refund the amount less the cancellation charges, if applicable to the customer and if it has been paid in advance to us.

The only exception being medicines. In this case, we shall refund the amount in full to the Customer if paid in advance

Process flow

  1. User requests for the service through the mobile app, website or helpline
  2. The request is recorded in the sytem with a unique transaction ID
  3. The request is allocated to the closest responder/service provider
  4. Delivery of Service
  5. Payment collection through cash or electronically through payment gateway
  6. In some cases, an advance is collected from the customers on confirmation of the request
